5. Spend time with positive people
Surround yourself with positive people as their positive behaviour is very infectious and you will benefit from gaining their positive vibes. This will give your self esteem a significant boost.

6. Exercise
By taking regular physical exercise, you will feel fitter and healthier. Walking 30 minutes a day is a good example. This will have a beneficial affect as you will feel good about yourself both physically and mentally.

7. Everyone makes mistakes
Try and keep things in perspective by remembering that no-one is perfect. All human beings make mistakes at some time in their lives. The important factor is that when a mistake is made, a valuable lesson is learned.

8. Time to reflect
At the end of each day, spend a few minutes reflecting on the successes that you have achieved in your day. Take pride in yourself and what you have accomplished no matter how small. Keep a journal of your successes so you always have a reminder should you need it for boosting self esteem at any time.
