It requires constant learning and self education to become a person that inspire others and motivates people to do their best. One thing you need to understand is that being a boss is not the same thing as being a leader. A leader is admired and respected by everyone. A boss is simply someone who gives orders and expects work to get done as scheduled. You have to choose between being a boss or a leader. Let your employees or colleagues know you are there to provide anything they need because your job is making sure they are successful. There are many qualities needed to be a great leader.
